About AESI

The Aeronautical Society of India (AESI) is a non-profit professional society dedicated to the advancement of aeronautical and aerospace science and engineering in India.

Established in 1948, AESI has been at the forefront of promoting aerospace research, development, and education. With over 15,000 members comprising scientists, engineers, researchers, students, and industry leaders, we serve as a pivotal platform for knowledge exchange and professional growth.

Our headquarters in New Delhi acts as the nerve center for coordinating national and international activities, including seminars, workshops, technical lectures, and exhibitions. We work closely with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), and other leading aerospace entities.
